This welcoming Andalusian cortijo, perfect for families and groups of up to 14 people, offers a unique experience of tranquility and contact with nature.
Located 11 km from Villanueva del Rosario, the accommodation is located in a rural environment with spectacular mountain views and no light pollution, ideal to relax and contemplate the starry skys?. The access includes a comfortable paved road and the last 2 kilometers on an unpaved rural road, easy to drive and safe. The 310 m2 property has 5 bedrooms, spread over two floors and a separate bedroom with ensuite bathroom, ideal for couples with babies.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and another exterior bedroom with a single bed and a fixed baby bed, while on the upper floor, accessible by a wide and safe staircase, there are two bedrooms with several single beds, perfect for children or adolescents ??. The interior is distinguished by a large living room with fireplace for warm family meetings?, and an independent kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, complete utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and citrus press to facilitate your meals.
In addition, it has a rural internet connection for basic use. In the open air, the property offers a garden with outdoor furniture, a table tennis table, a table football, darts, a barbecue and a private fibreglass pool (3x5 meters), perfect for relaxing and sunbathing under the trees ??.
