The house offers 120 m² of living space and sits on a 6,900 m² plot. In the nearby village of San Joan, a traditional Mallorcan market takes place every Wednesday, along with grocery stores, cafés, and restaurants. Upon arrival, the tourist eco-tax must be paid, available for an extra fee.
