Just a stone's throw from the centre of Plomeur and close to the magnificent beach of La Torche, this pleasant house of 100 m² welcomes you for a family stay in a calm and green environment. Entirely and comfortably equipped, it can accommodate up to 5 people.
Outside, you will enjoy a enclosed garden ideal for letting children play in complete peace and quiet. The garden furniture as well as the plancha will allow you to share good meals outdoors and fully savour the long summer days.
Inside, the house opens onto a beautiful, welcoming living space comprising a lounge with two sofas, a dining area with a round table that can accommodate up to 5 people and an open-plan kitchen. A second lounge with television offers additional space to relax after long days of exploring the region. The kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, toaster, kettle and everything you need to cook as if you were at home. A back kitchen completes this functional space.
On the upper floor, the night space consists of 2 bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: a Queen Size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: a single bed (90x190) and bunk beds (90x190), ideal for children
A bathroom with a bathtub is located on the ground floor as well as an independent toilet.
A private exterior parking space is available in front of the house's gate.
For added convenience, the accommodation also has a washing machine, an iron and a travel cot.
