Located in the heart of the vineyards, 4 kilometers from Saint Emilion and its medieval town, our cottage welcomes you for a stay with family or friends.
This house, completely renovated internally in 2021, consists of a main room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a veranda, a TV lounge, and three bedrooms, two of which have a 140x200 bed and the third a 140x190 bed (two twin 70x190 beds). Each bedroom has a private bathroom with shower and toilet.
Air conditioning in the main room.
You will have access to a private, enclosed garden with garden furniture.
Parking is available on the property.
The cottage is located near the owners' premises and along a secondary road, whose traffic, mainly related to local winemaking and agricultural activities, varies depending on the season.
Sheets and towels are available for rent, as well as end-of-stay cleaning (fee-based services). Heating is included.
Pets are welcome (additional deposit of €300), and end-of-stay cleaning is provided.
Wi-Fi access is available.
There is an electric charging station with a meter (please notify the owner upon arrival if you need to use it). Gas for cooking (if the hob works with this energy), water within the limits of reasonable consumption, a fixed price of 8 kWh/day of electricity and heating.

Lovely property in wonderful surroundings, delightful owner. Minutes from St Emilion and easy to get to.
