Stay in this beautiful 170 m² semi-detached chalet located in a peaceful private residential area in La Cala del Moral—ideal for those seeking relaxation, great weather, and comfort while staying close to everything.
The house is just a 10-minute walk from the beach and also very close to supermarkets, shops, cafés, and restaurants, so you can easily get around without a car. With its west-facing orientation, the chalet enjoys plenty of natural light throughout the day, creating a particularly pleasant atmosphere.
The layout is perfect for families or groups of friends.
On the main floor, you’ll find a glass-enclosed porch—an extra space to relax, read, or enjoy quiet meals.
There’s a living-dining room, a spacious kitchen with pantry, and an interior patio equipped with a gas barbecue, ideal for outdoor dinners in a private setting.
A storage room is also available, perfect for luggage or beach gear. Upstairs is the sleeping area with 4 bedrooms, two of them especially spacious and with direct views of the pool.
Three rooms have built-in wardrobes and there’s additional storage, making long stays comfortable. The residential complex features landscaped gardens, a playground, and a communal pool open during the summer season (June to September), located right in front of the house for easy access—especially convenient for families. A parking space is included, essential during peak season.

We had a lovely stay. The house is in a great location, and is an easy walk to the beach and shops. Check in and instructions were clear, It has everything you need to be comfortable and communication was excellent.
