Comfortable 30m2 studio flat, perfect for 2 people, located on the mezzanine floor of a building (steps to access). The accommodation is located in the Calvairate district, a residential area characterized by the green heart of Piazza Insubria and Viale Molise.
The Porta Romana district can be reached in a short time on foot and the presence of various bus, tram and "Lodi Tibb" metro lines allows you to move around easily.
The solution includes living/sleeping area with kitchenette and bathroom.

Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th. For check in after 21,30 we ask for a surcharge, the amount is as follows: * after 21,30 until 23 there is a surcharge of 25 Euro.
We are unable to check in after 11pm. The apartment is located between the Porta Romana and Calvairate districts.
The area is excellent, as within walking distance of the property there are multiple bars, coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and other commercial activities.

The apartment appears to have been newly furnished and was pleasant. The AC was very useful, as we travelled there during a heat wave. The person in charge of the check-in and check-out was very nice, and communication was excellent.
