Important Notes: - Groups of young people under 21 are not permitted. - Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out is by 9:00 AM; check-in after 8:00 PM requires a €50.00 surcharge. - pets are not allowed - Deposit (mandatory): €150. Bed linens and towels Linens are not included in the price and must be booked at least 7 days before arrival or can be brought along. Double bed linen (also for single use): €40 Single bed linen: €20 The linen set includes both sheets and towels. Security deposit The security deposit will be refunded within a few days of the end of your stay. Payment can be made in cash, refunded upon departure if departure is after 3:00 PM (time required for cleaning), or by bank transfer.
