Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. Getting around is a breeze! You're just a short walk from the Marítim-Serrería metro station and the Francisco Cubells tram stop, making city exploration easy.
Buses and cycle lanes are also abundant, perfect for reaching the beach or the city center in no time. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. Valencia Airport is around 30-minute drive from the property. Check-in at this accommodation must be done in person.
Check-in is from 3 pm (early check-in available on request). You will receive our agent's contact details and further check-in instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed our arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first few days of your stay: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, a sponge, washing-up liquid and a bin bag. If you require additional cleaning or bed linen during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide these at an additional cost. There is a zero-tolerance policy on smoking on the property, but guests may smoke in the property's outdoor areas where available.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays of more than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply, with a limit of €80. Spare keys: subject to availability; in the event of loss, a charge will apply based on the cost of a replacement. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy dining area, perfect for leisurely meals. Retreat to one of three inviting bedrooms.
The master bedroom offers a double bed and air conditioning for ultimate comfort and ceiling fan as well.
Please note that air conditioning is available only in the living room and master bedroom.
The second bedroom is compact yet efficient, featuring a single bed and a vintage-style wardrobe.
The third bedroom, with two single beds, is perfect for additional guests, the room is internal meaning the window is facing the interior of the apartment.. All beds come with fresh sheets. The property has a complete bathroom with shower and towels, for your confort. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental – Not available for tourism purposes. To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for the stay.
After completing the reservation, you will receive a contract to sign; without the signed contract, the reservation will be cancelled without the right to a refund. Enjoy your stay!

The flat is very clean and close to restaurants, the Consum supermarket and the beach; it’s about 15 minutes from the market and the town centre as well.
