The sleeping arrangement features three bedrooms, each with a double bed, with one located on the ground floor and two on the upper level, creating a clear and well-separated layout. The living area is bright and open, with comfortable seating, a TV and a dining space designed for shared use. A fully equipped kitchen includes essential appliances that allow for easy meal preparation. The property also features two bathrooms with showers, one located on each level, along with additional amenities such as WiFi, air conditioning, a washing machine, and private parking for added convenience.
Outside, the villa centres around a private swimming pool with sun loungers and open terrace space, offering a natural setting for relaxing or spending time outdoors.
