Upstairs: - a large bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm), - a small bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet.
Outside: A paved terrace (4.5 m²) sheltered from the house, a 10 m² gravelled courtyard, and, via 5 steps, a 150 m² lawned garden.
In the courtyard: access to a laundry/storage/shed area (very useful for securing bicycles, for example).
Parking is available in the small public square 5 meters opposite the property.
The property is semi-detached, sharing a wall with a neighboring property, but is not overlooked.
