Cocoonr offers you this charming 30 m² flat for two people in a pedestrianised area in Port Leucate, 15 minutes' walk from the beach, with a view of the port and parking.
Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (no lift), it comprises a 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchenette, a bedroom, a shower room (with shower). Sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area overlooking the harbour
- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave oven, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fans, ironing board and iron.
The flat is ideally located in Port Leucate, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Enjoy a large sandy beach - Water sports: paddle, kayak, sailing, windsurfing - Aqualand Port Leucate: water park - L'île aux oiseaux: paddle, canoe, pond activities, children's games and sports activities Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (one vehicle).
