Flat 17 Golden Gates is a welcoming first-floor apartment in Sandbanks, Dorset.
Offering attractive coastal views, a balcony, and excellent access to the beach, making it an appealing choice for families and friends.
Flat 17 Golden Gates welcomes you from the moment you park in your designated spaces and step into the fresh coastal air where the shoreline and gentle movement of the passing ferry set the tone for your stay before you head inside this first-floor apartment.
Open the door to the bright living and dining room where a mounted TV, soft rug, sofa and armchairs are arranged to face the balcony so the ever changing scene of water and ferry routes becomes part of the experience.
Push open the balcony doors and step out for a moment in the open air before returning inside to the dining table that seats eight guests for shared meals and long evening conversations.
Move through to the kitchen where tiled flooring and a homely feel create a welcoming space to prepare breakfast or cook together using the familiar comforts of the oven, hob, microwave, refrigeration and dishwasher.
As you wander along the hallway towards the bedrooms, the property’s subtle art deco touches and gentle sixties influence become more noticeable in the character of the styling, helping create a sense of personality throughout.
Each bedroom is bright and carpeted, with the king size room offering a restful place to unwind, the double room with its TV and en suite providing a private space to relax in the freestanding bath.
Another double room with king sized bed offering its own TV. Another double bedroom.
The final double room enjoys views over the ferry and coast so waking up feels connected to the shoreline just beyond.
A bathroom with a bath and hand held shower completes the interior before you return to the balcony for a final breath of sea air, knowing the beach waits within a gentle walk and both a shop and a welcoming pub can be reached with only a short drive. 200 Yards to the beach.
Restaurants and cafes, including rick stein within walking distance.
Brownsea Island can be seen opposite and a new landing pier just being completed and miles of sand a short trip across on the ferry.
Bournemouth is also within easy reach where golden sands stretch along the coastline, gardens lead you from the heart of town to the shore and the pier brings colour and movement throughout the day. With its characterful style, coastal outlook and welcoming spaces, Flat 17 Golden Gates offers an appealing base for families and friends looking to enjoy time beside the sea in Dorset.
