The old farmhouse, a traditional three-sided farmstead with stable, barn, and house, has existed for at least 200 years and is clearly visible on the 1837 Prussian survey map. The ensemble is a listed monument.
Three-sided farmsteads are typical for Rügen. The "Old Barn" was rebuilt true to the original, using traditional methods and modern standards. In the "Old Barn," you will find plenty of nature, shared outdoor areas with playground, barbecue, large trampoline, bike storage with e-bike charging, garden with local herbs and fruit, as well as toys and books for children.
An 11 kW charging station for electric cars is available in the private parking area.
Dogs are only allowed in the "Laubfrosch" apartment.
