In one of the most beautiful estates in Southern Corsica, we offer you one of the most pleasant apartments: top floor, triple exposure with views of the pool, park, and Alta Rocca mountains, and a huge terrace with a private 6-person spa.
Enjoy a quiet, secure, green setting, close to beaches and the city.
This 80 m² penthouse sits atop the nearly 5-hectare landscaped, gated Domaine d’Arca, featuring 2 tennis courts, a superb aquatic area with a seasonal pool, clubhouse, and pétanque court.
The center of Porto-Vecchio is less than 2 km away, and Corsica’s most beautiful beaches (Santa Giulia, Palombaggia, Rondinara) are just 5 km away.
Bonifacio and the renowned Sperone golf course are 20 km away. A modern, fully equipped T3 apartment with air conditioning in every room, located on the 3rd and top floor with elevator, opening onto a vast 72 m² terrace facing east, south, and west, offering open views of the park and mountains. Modern furnishings and amenities: 2 bedrooms with storage—one with a 160 cm bed and closet, the other with two 90 cm beds and a large closet.
Bright living room with triple access to the terrace, black leather sofa (can be used as extra bed), TV, coffee table.
Bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower.
Separate toilet. Private parking space. For your relaxation, a private 6-person spa awaits you. Bed linen (sheets, towels, bath mat, dish towels) can be provided gegen Aufpreis, depending on the number of guests.
