## Space As soon as you step inside, you’ll be charmed by the quality of the materials and the tasteful décor. The light-filled living room opens onto a private garden with trees: a rare outdoor space, ideal for breakfasts accompanied by birdsong or relaxing in the greenery at the end of the day. The flat is located in a private residence where the owners also live.

However, you’ll have your own private entrance and outdoor space. With a floor area of 42 m², this apartment accommodates up to 2 people. It features: - Private entrance. - Spacious living room with dining area. - Lounge with sofa, armchair, coffee table and television. - Open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine. - Bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed and adjoining dressing room. Outside: - Garden with trees and garden furniture. - Parking is on the street (no private parking space).
