It features: - Private entrance with storage. - Living room with sofa, coffee table and television. - Fully equipped open-plan kitchen (microwave, fridge, hob, coffee maker, toaster and kettle). - Separate toilet. Upstairs: - Bedroom 1 with a double bed (160x200) and storage. - Bedroom 2 with two single bunk beds (90x190) and storage. - Bathroom. Outside: - A private parking space (no. 78). - Private, enclosed garden of 84 m². - Tennis court. - The residence’s swimming pool is open from 15 June to 15 September.
