A charming 72 m² house, ideally situated in the Pey de la Blet area, between Notre Dame de Monts and Fromentine, on the edge of the forest and close to the coast.
Very well maintained and facing south, it offers a peaceful and light-filled setting for a relaxing holiday. On the ground floor, a 27 m² living room opening onto the terrace and garden creates a welcoming space to relax.
The kitchen is fully equipped (gas and electric hobs, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, full range of utensils, traditional and pod coffee machines, kettle, toaster) to make preparing meals easy.
