The Mindelo Metro station is 2km away, providing quick connections to Porto and other nearby destinations.
Local buses also operate regularly, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Welcome to your homely beachside haven, a 60 sq meter retreat perfect for families or friends.

We had a lovely stay: the house was clean, the bedding was good quality, and there was a lovely large garden. There were several shops nearby, such as a butcher’s, a bakery, a supermarket and so on. It’s a very quiet neighbourhood – there are CCTV cameras everywhere 😂 – and it was a really nice experience for the family. We’d definitely come back. Thank you.

A lovely house, close to the beach (about 500 metres away), with plenty of space in front of the house (enough for several cars). Mindelo is lovely but not really set up for surfing (there’s no surf shop or surf school). Communication is good, but the guesthouse is a business that sometimes sends you AI-generated messages (everything worked out fine anyway). Many thanks
