The Cala di Seta Residence is located in the idyllic coastal town of Cussorgia, a district of the charming fishing town of Calasetta in the far southwest of Sardinia.
Situated on the historic Sant’Antioco peninsula, the complex offers a peaceful and authentic atmosphere far from mass tourism.
In just a few minutes, you can reach the lively center of Calasetta, which invites you to stroll through its characteristic white houses, along the harbor, and in cozy restaurants.
The renovated three-room apartment is located on the first floor and impresses with a beautiful sea view.
The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children (up to 10 years old). It has one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds.
In the living and dining area, the sofa bed offers an additional sleeping space for two children (up to 10 years old) or one adult.
A well-equipped kitchenette with a stove, pots, dishes, cutlery, microwave, oven, an Italian espresso maker, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment is also located in the living area.
For comfort on hot days, there are a total of three air conditioning units: one separate unit in each of the two bedrooms and in the living area.
The bathroom with a window is comfortably equipped with a shower, washing machine, sink, bidet, and toilet.
In addition to the balcony, the apartment has two private fenced gardens.
One garden is equipped with a barbecue, table, and chairs and offers the ideal setting for convivial evenings.
The second garden serves as a quiet oasis and is furnished with comfortable loungers for relaxation.
ARRIVAL DAY + DURATION OF STAY

Note: If, for any reason, you cannot arrive on the scheduled arrival day, check-in on the following day is also possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier.
Departure on the day before is also possible here.
However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The residence offers its guests access to a small private beach located directly at the complex.
Those who prefer a more extensive sandy beach can reach the beautiful Cussorgia beach in about 700 meters.
This beach is particularly popular for its shallow, calm waters and relaxed atmosphere.
FAMILY FRIENDLY
The residence is particularly family-friendly due to its quiet location and proximity to the gently sloping sandy beach.
The complex has a playground where the little guests can let off steam.
In Calasetta itself, there are also other playgrounds and ice cream parlors that are very popular with children.
LEISURE AND SPORTS
For active guests, the residence offers an in-house private tennis court and a spacious, private football field, ideal for a relaxed game among friends or with family in a green setting.
The region around Calasetta is a paradise for outdoor lovers.
In addition to water sports such as windsurfing, kitesurfing, and sailing, the flat landscape of the island of Sant’Antioco invites you to extensive cycling tours and walks.
From the nearby port in Calasetta, you can also take boat trips to the neighboring island of San Pietro (Carloforte). For divers, the cliffs of the west coast offer fascinating underwater worlds.

In the nearby center of Calasetta, you will find everything for your daily needs: supermarkets, bakeries, fish shops, and a weekly market with regional specialties.

The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen with dishes, cutlery, pots, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
In addition, there is a restaurant with a pizzeria nearby, which is easily accessible.
Further culinary diversity awaits you in the charming town of Calasetta: there you will find a wide selection of restaurants, pizzerias, and bars.
The typical fish dishes of the region are particularly recommended.

Two small pets (up to 15kg) are allowed and must be registered at the time of booking.

The apartments are equipped with key boxes; the key box code will be sent to you by email after full payment.
Access to the residence is protected by a gate controlled by a remote control.
The remote control for the gate is located in the apartment on the kitchen table.

The residence is located in the village of Cussorgia near Calasetta on the Sant'Antioco peninsula in southwestern Sardinia, directly on the coast overlooking the Gulf of Palmas. Cagliari Elmas International Airport (CAG) and the island's capital, Cagliari, are approximately 90 km away and can be reached via a well-maintained road in about 85 minutes by car.

The Sulcis-Iglesiente region in southwestern Sardinia captivates with its wild, untouched nature and a history spanning millennia, far from the usual tourist paths. The Sant'Antioco peninsula, with the gleaming white village of Calasetta and its distinctive Savoyard tower, offers a charming starting point for discovery tours. A special highlight is the short ferry crossing to the neighboring island of San Pietro, where the picturesque town of Carloforte enchants with its colorful alleys and Genoese flair.
