Sa Comare is a recently renovated house located in a quiet area of the town of Llucmajor, 15 minutes from the airport and 25 minutes from the city of Palma.
The house offers a large private garden with a separate swimming pool and a built-in barbecue.

Also located in the garden, we have a playhouse for our younger guests.
We have a cot and high chair available upon request and free of charge. The house has 3 double bedrooms, one bathroom, and a toilet.
The entire unit is on the ground floor.
The house is located on a quiet dead-end street, and it is easy and free to park outside the house.
Bed linen and towels are provided for all our guests.
The ecotax is not included in the final price and will cost €2.2 per adult per night from May to October and €0.55 for the rest of the months. We do not accept bookings from groups of people under 23 years of age. NO parties are allowed at any time.
Smoking is prohibited inside the house. A few days before your arrival, guests will be asked to register with their passports. Llucmajor is the most extensive municipality in Mallorca.
Fine sandy beaches and wonderful coves stretch along its 47 kilometers of coastline, ideal for sailing, fishing, or diving. The mild climate (average temperatures of 27ºC in summer and 14ºC in winter) and easy access to the entire area make the Llucmajor coast the ideal destination for all types of tourism, particularly family tourism. Along the Llucmajor coast, you can enjoy wonderful viewpoints in Son Verí Nou, Maioris, Puig de Ros, Sa Torre, Badia Blava, Badia Gran, and at the end of the Cap Blanc road, the lighthouse of the same name, Cala Pi beach, and the defense towers of Cala Pi and S’Estalella. Traveling along the Carretera de Cap Blanc towards the Lighthouse, we pass the Refugi de S’Aguila, with spectacular cliff views. Among the points of interest in the town of Llucmajor is the church of Sant Bartomeu, a beautiful Gothic-style church dating back to the 13th century.
The weekly market of Llucmajor (Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday mornings) is also worth visiting, where you can enjoy local products and crafts. Regarding gastronomy, in Llucmajor, you can enjoy delicious Mediterranean cuisine dishes, with specialties such as ensaimada and tumbet.
