Rocamar is a charming and newly renovated holiday apartment.
It is located on the beach of S'Illot-Cala Morlanda and offers breathtaking sea views. The terrace is furnished with sun loungers and an outdoor dining area, so you can sit back and relax or enjoy your meals feeling the sea breeze and with uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean Sea. The holiday apartment has 2 double bedrooms: one has a double bed, the other has 2 single beds. There is A/C (hot and cold) in the living room and the kitchen is fully equipped. We offer a cot and a high chair free of charge. The apartment is located on the fifth floor of the building with a lift. We do not have a private parking space, but parking is free and easy in the surrounding area. The area around the apartment is family-friendly and safe. Bookings from young groups under 21 years of age will NOT be accepted. Parties and/or bachelor/bachelorette celebrations are NOT allowed. We invite our guests to make responsible use of electricity consumption. The tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid on arrival at the property (€2.2 per adult per night from May to October). A few days before your arrival, guests will be required to register with their passports. Just outside the apartment, you will find a beautiful sandy beach with clear water, S'illot beach, and a few kilometers away, the beautiful Sa Coma beach.
Further south there are some smaller, less crowded coves: Cala Morlanda and Ca’n Rafalino. The tourist center of S’illot has about 1,500 inhabitants.
In the town, you will find the remains of a Talayotic village (from prehistoric times), from which an interpretation center for Talayotic culture has been created. Next to the beautiful fishing port is a small island (illot) which gives the municipality its name. From Sillot, it is recommended to visit the Castle of Sa Punta de n'Amer, located in a protected natural area of great landscape and ecological value. nuestra estancia fue genial. el apartamento está limpio, bien ubicado y las vistas son increíbles. la comunicación con fincas majorica fue muy buena, ¡gracias! algunos detalles podrían ser a mejorados : - el ventilador funciona, pero tarda mucho en arrancar; - el tendedero está oxidado y deja marcas...

Een prachtige locatie en een heerlijk uitzicht. Accomodatie was zoals op de foto's. Heerlijk genoten in dit appartement. Het is echt aan te raden hier je vakantie te vieren.
