Ground floor apartment for 4 people located next to the Cala Pi cliff, 100 meters from the beach, with a private garden, air conditioning in the living room, WIFI, and a magnificent terrace with views.
The house has a surface area of 95m2 and its own garden of 100m2. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds.
The house has been recently renovated in 2019 and offers all amenities: satellite TV, free internet, barbecue, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. The location is ideal for families and those seeking a relaxing holiday.
There are excellent outdoor play areas for children in the vicinity within walking distance.
Access to the sandy beach is via comfortable steps, easy for all ages.
The waters are shallow, clean, and calm. Bookings from groups of young people under 21 years of age will NOT be accepted.
Parties and/or bachelor/bachelorette celebrations are NOT allowed.
We invite our guests to make responsible use of electricity consumption, so the first 150 kWh consumed will be free.
Excess consumption will be charged at €0.15 per kWh. The eco-tax is not included in the price and will be charged at €2.2 per adult per night (from May to October and €1.65 for the rest of the months). All our homes are disinfected following the Covid protocol prior to check-in. Complimentary hand sanitizer is available for our clients. A few days before your arrival, guests will be asked to register with their passports. The area is primarily residential, with no large hotels nearby.

Its name "Pi" (pine in Spanish) comes from the pine trees that surround the beautiful cove.
Considered by many to be the perfect beach, it is sheltered between two cliffs, with golden sand and turquoise blue waters.
The cove is short, about 50m long, but quite wide (140m). The cliffs on either side of the beach make it a safe place, protected from the winds. As a point of interest, the Talayotic settlement of Capocorb, declared a National Historic-Artistic Monument in 1931, can be visited (for a fee) and is only 4km from the beach. ETVPL/15054
