Oaktree Cottage is a cosy retreat in the peaceful countryside of Montenay, surrounded by open fields and fresh country air.

Inside, enjoy a comfortable living area, equipped kitchen, and restful bedrooms. Perfect for walking and cycling, with a supermarket, pharmacy and bakery just a short drive away.
Ideal for a romantic or peaceful getaway. The property comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests.
The main bedroom features a double bed, with an adjoining bedroom accessed through the main bedroom that offers two single beds — ideal for families. The downstairs living room includes a high-quality sofa bed, which easily converts into an additional sleeping area. If required we will need to be notified prior to booking in, to ensure we put extra bedding to make the sofa bed up. The property offers wheelchair-friendly access.
The living room, kitchen, and bathroom are all located on one level, and the bathroom has been specifically designed to accommodate wheelchair users. We have a separate 3 acre carp lake which can also be booked either as a drive and survive or exclusive including the Gite/Cottage. The lake is approximately 5 minutes walk which has 40+lb carp in the lake (this is not included in the gite rental). Please contact us for further details. The Gîte/cottage features an outdoor seating area — perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. The converted barn provides a fantastic all-weather space, ideal for relaxing on rainy days or unwinding in the shade.
Guests can enjoy table football and darts, making it a great spot for both adults and children. Outside, there is a large open area perfect for a kick about or outdoor games, as well as a trampoline to keep younger guests entertained. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy.
