The unheated swimming pool, open from 1 May to 30 September, invites you to swim and relax in an intimate and pleasant setting. The sleeping area comprises : - Two bedrooms with 160x200 beds - One bedroom with a 120x190 bed - One bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200) and en-suite shower room and WC. - A bathroom with shower, bath and WC completes the sleeping area. Ideally located, Villa Rose is just 5 minutes' walk from the ocean, where you can enjoy the wild beaches and sunsets, and 20 minutes' walk from the lake, where you can discover a quieter, more authentic atmosphere. With its combination of nature, comfort and privileged location, this villa is the perfect place for an unforgettable stay in Cap Ferret. The house is ideally situated in Lège-Cap-Ferret, in a very pleasant setting.

Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
