La Perla is an authentic Mallorcan house next to the picturesque port of Cala Figuera, where traditional architecture blends with a welcoming, functional contemporary design.
Spread over three floors, the house features a bright living-dining area with a fully equipped open kitchen, plus 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on different levels for privacy and character.
The interiors retain the island’s original charm, with wooden beams, natural stone, and terracotta floors, combined with comfortable furnishings and spaces designed for relaxation.
Outside, you’ll find several patios and terraces.
The inviting entrance patio, shaded by vines, is perfect for outdoor dining, while the rooftop terrace offers open views of the sea and mountains, especially at sunset. The main suite includes air conditioning, a private bathroom, and Mediterranean views. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and outdoor spaces for unwinding. Located in a quiet area but just steps from restaurants, shops, and the harbor, where you can buy fresh fish directly from local fishermen.
The area also offers activities like hiking, cycling, and water sports. Important: Access is via stairs and the house is distributed over several levels, so it’s not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Before check-in, guests must pay the tourist tax and a local administrative fee. A security deposit will also be required through the booking platform before arrival.
