On the ground floor, an open kitchen flows into a comfortable living–dining room with TV, billiards table and a dining area - a warm hub for shared meals.
The master bedroom lies on the ground floor with its attached full bathroom, including a bathtub, plus a separate guest toilet for added ease.
Upstairs, there are 2 further bedrooms – furnished with two double beds - each paired with a private bathroom, which makes the house ideal for families or friends travelling together.
Practical comforts include air conditioning, internet, private parking, washing facilities, and a dedicated workspace for anyone who needs it.
Outdoors
There’s a special quiet that settles over this villa the moment you step through the gate - sun on the terrace, trees shading the lush garden and a private heated infinity pool that promises easy afternoons.

Spät angekommen und innerhalb weniger Minuten alles vorbereitet vorgefunden. Der ruhige Garten sowie der beheizte Infinity-Pool haben besonders überzeugt , entspannte Nachmittage im Haus ohne Aufwand möglich. Innen verband die offene Küche gut die Wohnbereiche, wo wir abends Billard spielten oder fernsehen konnten , ideal für Gruppen wie unsere.

We vonden het beter dan verwacht qua prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Voor twee personen voelde de plek knus aan, de hoofdslaapkamer met badkuip erbij was een fijne bonus. Vooral genoten hebben we van het verwarmde infinity zwembad en zonnen op het terras na dagtochtjes rond Barjac.

Parking dichtbij maakte het makkelijk om bagage te verplaatsen vanaf aankomst al direct zonder stress. Fietsen waren prettig voor lokale ritten door Barjacs straatjes heen while airconditioning hield de kamers koel tijdens warme nachten deze week lang verblijf.
