There’s a special quiet that settles over this villa the moment you step through the gate - sun on the terrace, trees shading the lush garden and a private heated infinity pool that promises easy afternoons. Tucked into the gentle hills near Barjac, the house feels both private and well-placed for exploring southern France.
Spread across two floors, the layout is designed for relaxed group living. On the ground floor, an open kitchen flows into a comfortable living–dining room with TV, billiards table and a dining area - a warm hub for shared meals. The master bedroom lies on the ground floor with its attached full bathroom, including a bathtub, plus a separate guest toilet for added ease.
Upstairs, there are 2 further bedrooms – furnished with two double beds - each paired with a private bathroom, which makes the house ideal for families or friends travelling together.
