An elegant and authentic winemaker's house dating back to 1644, steeped in history and meticulously restored according to traditional methods, nestled peacefully opposite the vineyards at the edge of a small lane, secluded and private, around an intimate inner courtyard tucked away behind historic walls and a beautiful carriage entrance.
Located within a picturesque and perfectly preserved wine-growing village of undeniable charm (listed 11th-century Romanesque church, beautiful historic Burgundian houses, traditional winemakers' cottages, a 17th-century château…), perched on a gentle hillside amidst the vineyards of the renowned Saint-Véran appellation.

Access to the cottage on the first floor via an external staircase.

First floor: living room/kitchen, 1 bedroom (double bed 140x200cm), separate WC. 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms (2 with two single beds 80x200cm that can be joined to make a double bed 160x200cm / 1 double bed 160x200cm), separate WC. TV and private bathrooms in each bedroom (showers / 1 with shower + WC on the 2nd floor / 1 with WC on the ground floor). Covered terrace + balcony + enclosed courtyard (ping-pong table) + bicycle storage + separate garden (across a lane) + private parking.

Ensemble de bâtiments de belle facture, en U, formant une cour intérieure bien agréable. La partie "hébergement" a été aménagée avec goût et donne une niveau de confort très appréciable. Une pièce annexe permet en outre de déjeuner à couvert tout en étant à l'extérieur. Rue calme dans un petit village tout aussi calme.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique maison de vigneron au cœur du village de Chânes.La rénovation est de très grande qualité préservant le cachet de cette demeure tout en disposant de tout le confort moderne. Les propriétaires charmants, vous donneront les meilleurs conseils pour réussir votre séjour.

Nous avons trouvé le gîte très confortable, idéalement situé dans un village remarquablement restauré. Le gîte a été complètement rénové récemment et propose de très belles prestations. La literie est très confortable et le gîte dispose d’une cour intérieur fermée, idéal avec enfant et animaux de compagnie. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à 8 adultes et 4 enfants.
