We kindly ask all guests to read and follow the house rules before booking and during their stay to ensure a comfortable environment for everyone. Please take care of the furnishings and fixtures in the apartment, as any lost or damaged items may result in repair or replacement costs.
To keep the facilities in good condition, please flush only toilet paper down the toilet and avoid activities such as dyeing your hair that may stain linens or towels. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m., and we appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful environment for all guests.
Please separate your trash and dispose of it in the designated bins and containers. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, but you may smoke on the balcony.
