- Since this is a residential area, it is important to respect the peace and harmony of the area. For this reason, the following rules apply:
- 1) Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
- 2) The pool is open from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
- 3) Out of respect for the neighbors, the property is equipped with a decibel monitoring system.
- 4) The person signing the rental agreement upon arrival must be at least 25 years old.
- Parties and noise that may disturb the neighbors are not permitted.
- 5) Only the number of guests specified in the reservation may stay overnight at the property. Any additional guests staying overnight will incur an extra charge.
- Daytime visitors, even if they do not stay overnight, must be reported to and authorised in advance by the property.
