Cocoonr offers you this charming 58 m² flat to rent in Les Gets, with mountain views and ski resort within walking distance. It can accommodate up to 6 people.
Located on level -2, it comprises a lovely 25 m² living room (with an electric fireplace), a fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a sleeping area and a bathroom (with a bath). Bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 25 m² living room with a TV, sofa, dining area and electric fireplace
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- A sleeping area with two bunk beds (sleeps 4)
- A bathroom with a bath
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional appliances: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 15 m² south-facing terrace with mountain views and outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunny days
The flat is ideally located in Les Gets, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...
Activities :
- In winter: skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding, tobogganing, Alta Lumina...
- In summer: mountain biking, hiking, Lac des Écoles, paragliding...
- Nearby: tennis, swimming pool, bowling, restaurants, bar

- Access to the ski slopes: on foot (about 10 minutes) or in 5 minutes by shuttle bus, at the foot of the residence (every 30 minutes in season)

Séjour au moi de mai, très calme, beau paysage, adapté pour les enfants !Attention cependant, dans l'annonce le code postal n'était pas le bon, je pensais être proche de neydens (74160) alors qu'on était loin. Mais logement idéal pour une famille
