The entrance opens to a spacious, light-filled living area with a beautiful open-plan layout that combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Large floor-to-ceiling glass doors line the room, flooding the interior with natural light and offering direct views of the private garden and terrace. The space is highlighted by exposed wooden beams and warm natural materials, creating a cozy yet contemporary atmosphere. The dining area comfortably seats up to eight guests and connects seamlessly to the fully equipped open kitchen, making it ideal for shared meals and gatherings.
A Bose speaker and a printer are available in the apartment. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: an oven, a cooking plate, a toaster, a kettle, a refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, utensils, and crockery.
The apartment also includes a cozy space with a rowing machine, bookshelves, and a small play corner, ideal for both quiet moments and families.
The accommodation comprises three bedrooms, each carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The beds (one double – 140 x 190 and four single - 80x160) are made up with hotel-quality bed linen. There's also a baby bed at your disposal. Storage space is available in all rooms for your convenience.
There is also a washing machine and ironing equipment (iron, ironing board, and steamer) in the apartment for added convenience.

- Please note that this property is set on two levels and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
- All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay!

- You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access.
- Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit.
- For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.

Host could have provided more paper towels and toilet paper for the number of people of our group as well as more trash bags (had a single one only). Shower gel and shampoo were also a bit lacking in amount for the 4 nights we spent there. One of the cutlery was dirty too. Otherwise perfect stay with an amazing location literally in front of the metro station.

The accommodation looks just like the photos: bright and quiet. It’s very well equipped with kitchenware. There’s a lovely garden. The neighbourhood isn’t great, but once you’re inside, it feels cosy. Make sure you bring sleep masks, as the shutters and grey curtains aren’t enough to block out the light.
