Podere i Prati offers 4 bedrooms and large common areas to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. It is the ideal place to bring together a large family or group of friends. The tastefully furnished interiors are equipped with all amenities for relaxation and peace of mind.
The house is part of a farm with olive groves which produces superb extra virgin olive oil.
The owners live in part of the house on the property, but they do not use the pool, terrace or garden.
Podere i Prati is ideally located for a relaxing, peaceful stay in nature, as well as an excellent base for exploring the Val d’Orcia’s charming nearby towns and villages, such as Sarteano, Chianciano Terme, San Casciano dei Bagni, Montepulciano, Pienza, and Montalcino; and Tuscany’s art cities like Florence, Siena and Arezzo.
At guests’ disposal: 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, (sleeps 8); private pool exclusively for property guests (12 x 6 meters; minimum depth: 1,1 meters; maximum depth: 1,5 meters); garden; terrace with panoramic views and a table and chairs for dining outside; barbecue; Wifi internet; geothermal cooling system (in summer the temperature cannot go below 24°C), parking.
