Set in an exceptional environment between pine forest and ocean, this 42 m² apartment offers you a peaceful, light-filled stay surrounded by nature.
Let yourself be carried away by the scents of the surroundings and enjoy a true escape, just steps from the ocean and right by the golf course.
From the terrace, living room, and bedroom, you'll enjoy uninterrupted views of nature at every moment. Comfortable and bright, the apartment boasts an ideal location near shops and restaurants.
The area offers many attractions: the authentic countryside, the majestic Pyrenees, and even nearby Spain. The apartment features an entrance with closet and storage, a cabin bedroom with bunk beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a welcoming living room with sofa, coffee table, dining area for six, armchair, and TV. There is a bedroom with a double bed and closet, a separate toilet, and a bathroom with double sink and bathtub.
Outside, enjoy a furnished terrace with table for six and a sun lounger. Located on the 2nd and top floor of a high-standard residence with elevator, you have easy access to the shared pool and the residence’s private park. Cleaning is handled by a trusted person who also provides bed linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) and manages arrivals and departures.
Everything is included for a worry-free stay. The apartment is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children or teenagers.
There is a secure basement storage for golf trolleys and another for bikes.
Private parking is available for your peace of mind. We look forward to welcoming you for a wonderful stay.

Het zwembad was heerlijk, prive parkeerplaats voor de auto en een aparte ruimte voor onze fietsen. Op loopafstand van het strand en het centrum van het vakantiedorp.
Super emplacement dans un logement propre.
