This charming Creole villa combines all the ingredients for a perfect holiday: sun all year round, swimming pool, beautiful garden, all at 100m from the beautiful lagoon and close to shops.

- a bathroom with walk-in shower and double sinks

The kitchen is equipped with: a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave, a large kitchen piano, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, etc. All kitchen utensils and equipment are at your disposal.
On the floor:
- an attic and air-conditioned room with a bed of 160x200cm
- an attic and air-conditioned room with a double bed 140x190cm
- a mezzanine with a bench for resting
- a bathroom with walk-in shower, double sinks and WC
At your disposal:

Around the house, a beautiful veranda houses a summer lounge and a large dining table.
The place is ideal to enjoy a moment of sharing with family or friends, in a relaxing and quiet setting. You will also have a corner with a nice stone barbecue, a gas plancha and a sink, to concoct delicious grilled dishes. At the edge of the salt pool and secured by an alarm, you can relax on a sun lounger and enjoy the sound of birds singing. Swimmingpool unheated The garden is not overlooked.
The villa is fenced and closed by a portal. Possibility to park 2 cars. *** Location and proximity*** This villa is in the immediate vicinity (100 meters, or 1 min walk) of the beautiful beach of Saline-Les-Bains.
Located in the residential area of the Domaine de l’Ermitage, with all shops within walking distance (Leader Price, bakery, shopping, restaurants, etc.) or 3 minutes by car (other local shops, the Post Office, gas station, etc.). Emplacement top : lagon à pied 3 min, rue très calme, voisinage calme, commerces 10 min pied ou 3 en voiture ! Axe routiers prinicipaux ok, Super villa et super piscine... rien à dire si ce n est à bientôt j espère.
