The pool, heated during the austral winter, invites you to relax after a day of exploration.
To enhance your stay, a barbecue and a foosball table are available for the enjoyment of both young and old. This 210 m² villa, accommodating up to 10 people, comprises 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a pantry-laundry room, a mezzanine, a large veranda, a pool, and a lush garden. Guided Tour of Villa Jîvana Ground Floor - Entrance : Accessible via the living room or the kitchen, it leads to a bright living area with a modular sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a large dining table.
The main living space benefits from high ceilings and a large opening to the outside. - Kitchen : Modern and functional, it is equipped with all necessary utensils.
Its central island and ample storage make it a practical and convivial space.
An adjacent pantry-laundry room completes this area. - Master Suite : Featuring a 160x200 cm bed, a wardrobe, and direct access to the terrace, it offers stunning views of the ocean.
