The property is bordered by lush gardens on both sides and offers a pleasant rear patio equipped with a table and chairs, perfect for breakfast or relaxing in the shade of tamarisks.
Every room enjoys a peaceful garden view.
The house accommodates up to 5 guests: it features a double bedroom with a super king-size bed, an extra single bed, and a living room with a queen-size sofa bed. The living area is functional, with a dedicated dining space.
The bathroom includes a shower, bidet, and hairdryer.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, induction cooktop, and electric oven.
A shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer is available on request.
You can reach the house by car to conveniently unload your luggage; a free parking lot is less than 50 meters away.
There is also a covered garage next door for storing bicycles.
