Our beautiful holiday home half offers approx. 50 sqm of living space and is located just a few meters walk from the swimming lake in Tannenhausen.
A furnished sun terrace and a small garden are part of the family-friendly house.
A free parking space is of course available.
Dogs are very welcome and can run around in the fully fenced garden. The holiday home offers two bedrooms on the first floor: one is furnished as a master bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and a wardrobe.
There is a second bedroom with a single bed (90 x 200 cm) and a chest of drawers. The modern bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet.
The bright living and dining area is equipped with a dining table and matching chairs.
A flat-screen TV and a small hi-fi system are ready for cozy evenings on the sofa bed. A chest of drawers with ample storage space is also available. The modern kitchen area offers basic equipment as well as a dishwasher.
For cooking, the holiday home provides a ceramic hob with an oven and baking utensils, a microwave, a toaster, an egg boiler, a kettle, and a blender.
Bed linen and towels can be booked separately.

The Aurich / Tannenhausen leisure and recreation area is located about a 20-minute drive from the North Sea coast.
The many sights of East Frisia are quickly accessible from here. The proximity to the East Frisian Islands invites you to a relaxing day trip, or you can visit one of the numerous museums. At the swimming lake, there are opportunities for beach volleyball, pedal boating, and renting beach chairs, among other things; a kiosk is available.
The swimming lake is supervised by the DLRG (German Life Saving Association) and recently features 4 designated 50-meter lanes. As a highlight, the swimming lake in Tannenhausen boasts one of the most modern wakeboard parks in Northern Germany. This is not only perfect for wakeboard and water ski enthusiasts, but the adjacent modern beach club with a bar and bistro right on the water invites you to relax and enjoy.

Alles ist sehr schön und nett eingerichtet. Der Garten ist für Hunde sehr gross. Alles ist sauber. Die Aussenrolläden sind klasse. Der Badesee ist schnell zu erreichen.
Leider ist der Zaun an manchen Stellen so hoch angebaut worden, dass ein kleiner Hund vom Grundstück abhauen könnte. Das Bad befindet sich nicht im Obergeschoss sondern unten. Das ist recht ungünstig und geht auch aus der Hausbeschreibung nicht draus hervor. Schade. Wir hatten so doll mit Fliegen je...
