Information about the host
Our house was built in 1835 and is situated at 925 metres above sea level. The apartment was furnished in 2019 and offers 80 square metres of space for adults and children. In the morning, the birdsong and wonderfully fresh air await you to take a deep breath. Our seating area invites you to relax outside, enjoy nature and indulge in peace and quiet. A barbecue is also available. Younger guests are welcome to help out in the stable, feed the animals, take them out to pasture, cuddle the cats, help with the gardening or play outside. We also have lots of wild animals to discover. All year round, we are a good starting point for many excursions, e.g. hiking, swimming, cycling, skiing or cross-country skiing. The ski lift Thurner is in the neighbourhood.
Conditions/extras
Possibility to hire a child carrier: 3 per day
Departure until 10 am.
Arrival from 3 pm to 6 pm.
Minimum stay of 3 nights.
Cancellation only valid in writing.
In case of cancellation 90 % of the rental price will be charged.
In the event of late arrival or early departure, the full booking amount is due.
Arrival description
You can reach us by car from Freiburg or Villingen-Schwenningen via the Bundestraße (National road) 31, exit Neustadt-Mitte or Titisee. Follow Titiseer or Neustädter Straße until you reach Freiburger Straße, then turn into Jostalstraße (Landesstraße 128). Follow the road until you reach our house at number 112.
Description of the accommodation
Our holiday flat has its own entrance and is idyllically situated towards the forest and meadow. The car park is right next to the flat.
The kitchen is equipped for cooking and baking. We are supplied by our own spring, the water is of the best drinking water quality.
The two separate bedrooms are furnished with double beds. If required, a fifth guest can sleep on the sofa in the open-plan living room. There is also a cot in the yellow bedroom.
There is a nappy-changing facility in the bathroom. Our younger guests can play in the living room and use the outdoor play area and children's vehicles. We offer a child carrier for hire for walking.
In the hallway there is a small literature corner for children and adults, cinema seats invite you to linger.
Our guests can use the internet via the guest access.
Our holiday flat is non-smoking, there is a smoking area outside.
Pets are also not allowed.
We recommend slippers indoors.
Outside, our guests have their own seating area right next to the flat, and we are happy to provide a barbecue on request.
