It features a double bedroom, a single bedroom with an additional pull-out bed, and a dining area framed by beautiful windows overlooking the town and the sea, offering light and views at every moment of the day. The apartment also includes a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and bidet. The real highlight of the property is the equipped balcony with a small coffee table: a corner suspended between sky and sea where you can pause, breathe in the island breeze and enjoy unique moments of relaxation. Important Notes Groups of young people under 21 years old are not allowed Check-in from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm and check-out by 9:00 am; a €50 surcharge applies for check-in after 8:00 pm Small pets allowed with a €30 supplement Security deposit (mandatory): €200, refunded at the end of the stay after inspection of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3:00 pm) Bed and bath linen: €40 double set; €20 single set, not bookable on site Key Collection Information Check-in instructions will be sent to the guest 48 hours before arrival.
