Located in Sainte-Croix in Aveyron, this 130 m² holiday home welcomes up to 10 guests in 4 bedrooms: one with a 160 cm bed, one with two 90 cm beds, one with a 140 cm bed, and one with three 90 cm beds.
There is a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, Wi-Fi, and fan. Enjoy the private garden, balcony, and terrace with your own barbecue.
The private outdoor saltwater pool (12 x 5 m) is open from 9:30 am to 1 pm and 3 pm to 8 pm, with adult supervision required.
The pool is available from June 15 to September 15. Parking is available on site for 5 cars.
One pet is allowed and events are permitted.
Shared amenities include a ping-pong table, bike storage, and children's books. The house is in a hamlet of 25 residents.
Cajarc is 15 km away, Saint-Cirq-Lapopie and Bournazel are 35 km away.
Figeac, Rocamadour, Gouffre de Padirac, Cahors, and Cordes are within 60 km. Please note that bed linens and towels are not provided but can be requested for an extra fee. Final cleaning must be done by guests, or can be requested for an extra fee. One pet is allowed and a security deposit may be required.

Le gite de Nicole se situe dans un joli hameau, très calme. La maison est ancienne, très jolie avec un jardin très agréable. La cuisine est fonctionnelle. Il manquerait juste une ou deux poêles et casseroles de grande taille. Les chambres, spacieuses et confortables bien que vieillotes, sont à l'étage. L'accueil et la communication sont très bien. Très bon séjour.

Superbe gîte idéal pour une famille. Nicole et Olivier sont des hôtes vraiment très sympathiques et nos enfants de souviendront très longtemps de ce séjour chez eux.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine avec un couple d amis dans ce gîte qui est très bien placé pour visiter la région.
Les propriétaires qui résident juste à côté ont été à la fois disponibles pour nous renseigner et discrets.
Le gîte a beaucoup charme, il est fonctionnel et les chambres sont spacieus...
