Nestled in the heart of Provence’s iconic vineyards, in the rolling countryside of Saint-Tropez, between the picturesque villages of Cogolin and La Môle, this property offers a rare, peaceful and fully preserved setting.
The approximately 670-metre unpaved access road fully contributes to the feeling of disconnection and total privacy, away from the hustle and bustle of the Côte d’Azur, while remaining close to its most sought-after destinations.
This charming summer house appeals to lovers of cottage style, nature and authenticity, without compromising on comfort and refinement.
It comprises a living room, dining area, and a fully fitted and equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine, dishwasher, oven/microwave, ceramic hob), two bedrooms with double beds and en-suite shower rooms, and a third bedroom with two single beds.
All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans for optimal comfort. The living spaces include a warm lounge, a bright dining room with veranda, and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, located approximately 30 metres from the main house, there is an independent guest house comprising a living room with kitchenette, a sitting area with sofa bed, one bedroom with a double bed, and a shower room with shower, washbasin and WC. Several furnished terraces offer various relaxation areas depending on the season and sun exposure.
You will enjoy breathtaking views over the village of Grimaud and the Bay of Saint-Tropez, as well as a freshwater swimming pool set in the heart of an olive grove, surrounded by green hills.
