Nestled on the 1st floor of a building without a lift, this 35 m² accommodation combines modern comfort and cosy atmosphere, ideal for a successful stay as a couple, with friends or with family.

Bright living area: lounge with double sofa bed, perfect for accommodating 2 additional people.
Master bedroom: Queen-size bed, comfortable and intimate.
Fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all the utensils needed to cook as at home.
Bathroom: spacious shower, toilet, towels provided, shower gel.
Practical amenities: bed linen included, washing machine, hair dryer, Wi-Fi.

Located in a quiet neighbourhood of Angers, ideal for enjoying the city whilst remaining peaceful.
Close to local shops, restaurants and cafés.
Easy access to public transport to explore Angers and its surroundings.
