Living/sitting room with kitchen area, sitting room with pellet wood burner, double bedroom with en suite shower/WC, queen-sized double bedroom with en suite shower/WC, twin bedroom (beds can be brougt together) with en suite shower/WC. Two bedrooms open onto the wooden patios.
Enclosed garden and large patios with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue.
Suitable for disabled persons. This bright and comfortable ecohouse was built in 2015. It enjoys an ideal location 300m away from the sea. The large windows have views either on the small islands of Aber Wrac'h and the lighthouse of Ile Vierge or on the garden-patio.
Beach and coastal footpath are 300m away.
The dunes in Sainte Marguerite and the Aber W'rach harbour are close-by (watersports : sailing school, kayak, kitesurf, diving, etc). Shopping facilities in Landeda: 700m.

Superbement conçu, joliment et sobrement décoré, plus que confortable, plein de petites attentions, accueil des plus chaleureux..et tout cela face à une vue sur la baie qui remplace sans peine tous les écrans.Tout ceci est très superlatif mais c’est pourtant sans exagération! Adresse coup de cœur.

Wir waren schon das dritte Mal da; der Ausblick auf den Aber Wrac'h und den Phare de l'Île Vierge sind sensationell. Das Haus ist großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Und Christine et Guy sind sehr sympathische und hilfsbereite Eigentümer. Fazit: Wir haben gleich für 2025 gebucht!

Wer einmal in diesem Ferienhaus war, der kommt immer wieder. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage und bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt, vor allem für Rollstuhlfahrer. Die Vermieter sind wunderbar, nett, kommunikativ, hilfsbereit, einfach zum gernhaben. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne nach Landeda.
