Accommodating up to 4 guests, this apartment features an open-plan living area with a single pull-out bed, dining table and TV. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, cooker hob, microwave, fridge and 2 electric hotplates.
Guests can enjoy Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. Step out onto your private balcony with an outside table and chairs, perfect for sipping morning coffee.
The shared garden and pool offer a space to unwind and relax. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. Extra: The living room features a single pullout bed. Bathroom The bathroom includes a bidet, shower, and WC. Along the way, you can explore medieval lanes in Siviano, visit historic sites like Rocca Martinengo, relax by the beaches, or simply enjoy local cuisine at waterfront cafés The island is accessible from the lake shores via a ferry ride from ports, including Sale Marasino, Sulzano, and Pilzone.

Der grosse Pool. Die Anlage ist eigentlich sehr schön.
Die Pflege des Pools. Er war sehr grün und trüb zwischendurch. Putzservice gab es in vierzehn Tagen nicht. Wäschwechsel musste trotz der langen Zeit extra bezahlt werden. Wir haben dann eine Maschine waschen lassen. Das kostete auch, war aber günstiger als Wäschwechsel.

Appartement et résidence agréable avec piscine rafraîchissante. Personnels sur place très agréable avec petit plus du petit snack (surprise). Seul point négatif est la propreté qui était un peu limite (ustensiles de cuisine sales ; frigo et sol limite…).

There was quite a bit of information provided, but what would have been nice to know it's... was there food or beverages available on site? We never found out. It would have been good to know we needed to bring some. Where to find the trash bins at the end of our stay. It also would have been nice to tell people we are at the Menzino bus stop. Other than that, it was lovely.
