The seaside vacation apartment Space Family is a comfortable, modern solution, just a few steps away from the beaches of San Pietro in Bevagna, in Specchiarica.
Located on the ground floor of a mini apartment complex, the solution is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, wi-fi internet, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets, coffee maker, microwave, electric oven etc. Space Family apartment offers up to 6 beds.

The result of a careful renovation, the ground-floor Space Family apartment is bright, airy and with soothing colors that recall the nearby sea and the uniquely colored Salento sky. The Mediterranean charm style is created by the choice of colors and the recovery of old furniture: the grandmother`s sideboard, the worn table, a chest of drawers with the original handles, restored and hand-painted, tell the story of this place that tastes of family and summer joy. A comfortable veranda is furnished for relaxing outdoors.
From here one enters the interior of the dwelling. The entrance to the house is into a hallway, from here there is immediate access to 2 bedrooms, the first on the left, with a double bed, air-conditioned and equipped with TV, the second located on the right, furnished with a double sofa bed and air-conditioned.
The kitchen is well furnished and equipped.
Crossing it, you enter the third double bedroom.
From the kitchen, also, you go to the living room, furnished with dining room and sofa.
Completing the apartment are 2 shower rooms and a small veranda located at the back The surroundings of Space Family in San Pietro in Bevagna Space Family is a perfect vacation home for seaside stays, as it is only 180 meters from Specchiarica beach, along the coast of San Pietro in Bevagna, on the Ionic Salento stretch falling in the area of Manduria.

From the house the center is only 2 km away.
Manduria is a beautiful ancient town, which preserves the traces of its glorious Messapian past, has a historic center worth discovering and several interesting destinations for wine and food tourism, intoxicated by the unique scent and taste of Primitivo doc wine.
In 15 minutes you can reach the Foce del Chidro and the Salina dei Monaci nature reserve with its wonderful dunes, Mediterranean scrub and pink flamingos. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste.
If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
