Charming 42 m² gîte in the heart of the Loire Valley castles, in Ballan Miré. Independent and adjacent to the owner’s house, this authentic accommodation is perfect for a couple or can host up to 4 guests in a peaceful, green setting.
The gîte features:
- One bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and wardrobe
- Bright living room with a 160 cm pull-down bed, TV, Wi-Fi
- Fully equipped kitchen with capsule and drip coffee makers, oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, fridge-freezer
- Bathroom and WC.
Bed linen, towels, and household linen are provided free of charge.
Washing machine and dryer are shared for stays of at least 3 nights.
Outside, enjoy a private terrace with barbecue, open countryside views, and a private garden.
The single-level property is not adapted for guests with reduced mobility.
The fenced property offers 2 shared parking spaces on site and a closed garage for motorcycles or bicycles. The gîte is not equipped for young children or wheelchair users.
Parties are not allowed.
There is no cleaning fee, but out of respect for everyone, please leave the accommodation as you found it. Located 500 m from the Loire à Vélo cycle route, close to Lake Bretonnières with treetop adventure courses and two golf courses.
Nearby castles to visit include Villandry, Azay-le-Rideau, Chinon, and the center of Tours is 8 km away.
Wellness activities and classes are available in Ballan Miré by reservation. A personalized welcome and local tourism advice await you. For stays of 3 nights or more, enjoy a complimentary tasting of exceptional teas prepared using the traditional method—a unique and authentic experience to discover the passion for tea.

Gite très confortable, bien équipé et idéalement situé pour visiter la région. Environnement très calme. Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires qui sont discrets mais toujours disponibles et à l'écoute. Merci à Françoise pour les dégustations de thé que nous avons appréciées. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de ce séjour.
