The house is distributed over two independent floors, ideal for enjoying time with family or friends.
Access is via the exterior staircase, and you will find everything you need for a well-deserved holiday.
On the ground floor there is a living-dining room, perfect for extending the evenings chatting or watching a movie on the Smart TV.
The kitchen runs on gas and is equipped with all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably.
There are three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with twin beds.
Two bathrooms with showers complete this floor.
Going up the stairs, you reach the first floor, which has the same layout as the ground floor.
The living-dining room also has a Smart TV.
The kitchen is induction and includes a small table with two stools, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee.
