On the ground floor, you will find a bright, spacious living room with a dining table for up to 8 people and a comfortable sofa area.
Two high chairs are also available.
The fully equipped kitchen features a ceramic hob, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer compartments, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo and Tassimo machines, kettle, and toaster.
There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a guest bed that can be set up if needed.
The children’s playroom is equipped with Playmobil, Lego Duplo, a play kitchen, and other toys.
The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower and a bathtub.
Upstairs, there are four bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with a single bed, two single beds, and a children’s room with two toddler beds.
A baby monitor is provided, and each of the two main bedrooms has a baby bed. Two child safety bed rails are also available.
The upper floor offers a bright reading room for relaxing as well as a shower room.
A stair gate can be used if needed.
The garden features a sandbox, swing, and a second terrace for sunbathing.
In the garage, you will find a table tennis table with paddles and balls.
