You will have a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, gas radiator heating throughout, TV, washing machine, capsule coffee maker, fan, and a spacious workspace with direct access to the terrace.
Self check-in is available for your convenience. Step out onto your private terrace, equipped with 2 sun loungers, a dining table, awning for sun protection, and a private jacuzzi for you to relax in. Use of the jacuzzi is not permitted after 10 pm. Making noise, playing loud music, and hosting any kind of party are strictly prohibited. A shared parking space is included for a small car and motorcycle.
Vehicles exceeding the marked white lines must park outside the property.
One pet is allowed.
Events are not permitted, and this is a quiet, family-friendly environment, so noise and loud music are prohibited after 9 pm. Check-in is not allowed for guests under 30 years old. There is no elevator in the building. The property is 25 minutes by train from central Barcelona (Plaça Catalunya), with the station and beach just a 7-minute walk away.
El Masnou offers a beach and port area with excellent dining options.
Public transport is very close.
The bus and train zone is 2. Masnou has streets with inclines to consider for elderly guests.

The hot tub
Too many stairs. Also El Mosnou is steep. Not a good location for the elderly.
