Seul bémol nettoyage mal fait par de précédents locataire mais très bonne situation et mention spéciale au fils et petit fils de notre propriétaire pour leur accueil et leurs explications ainsi que du respect à tout épreuve

Positive : L emplacement a côté de tout les commerces et la mer. Le coin lit et le coin salon. 2 ventilateur fournis
Résidence privé pour parking auto
Negative : Appartement dans son jus. Moyennement propre. Pas d accessoires pour bébé comme dit dans l annonce.
Pas de clim mais on le savait.
